Sentenced: Titus 21 - 55 Years and Kelly 6 - 26 Years

“LAS VEGAS (AP) - Married professional bodybuilders Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan have been sentenced to prison in the slaying of their live-in assistant in December 2005.

The 43-year-old Titus was sentenced Friday to 21 to 55 years. He pleaded guilty May 30 to second-degree murder, kidnapping and arson in the slaying of 28-year-old Melissa James.

Ryan was sentenced to 6 to 26 years in prison. She pleaded guilty to arson and Nevada’s equivalent of no contest to battery with a deadly weapon.

James’ charred body was found in December 2005 in the trunk of Ryan’s burned-out Jaguar sedan in the desert outside Las Vegas”

    I could be wrong, but if they are granted ‘time served’ Kelly could be free in 12-24 months.
