Scoresheets show Rosa Romero Placed HIGHER than Credited For
Australian figure pro Rosa-Maria Romero technically beat 11 competitors in the 2008 Atlantic City Pro, although the official scores suggest otherwise. As the official IFBB scoresheets clearly show, Rosa’s scores were actually higher than 11 other entrants. This means out of the field of 27, Rosa technically was the only person to rank 16th, with others all scoring a touch lower. Unfortunately the IFBB placing systems does not reflect this – as all competitors 16th and under are classed together as “did not place” basically.
Rosa is often considered by many to be underscored to begin with anyway, so as an Australian site we feel the need to kangaroo kick the IFBB point out this technical detail.
From a sheer technical standpoint as the scoring reflects Rosa placed higher than Jacqui Jarrett of New Zealand, Aprille DeSheilds of Bermuda, Rosalind Vanderpool of Barbados, Irena Veselova of Russia, Cea Kerr of Canada, Suzanne Bock of Germany, Thais Cabrices Werner of Venezuela and Lydia Haskell, Allison Williams, Erica Fuerst and Becky Clawson of the USA.

Wow, Id hit it!Great body.
She got 16th not to sure anyone cares about 14th 15th etc onwards?
And Jim, do you like your women manly?? lol
I care
At that high pro level, they are all good really. They all won national championships to get there, so it is the best of the best. Figure has so many entrants, so many great physiques don’t even get placed imo.
That’s pro level though…
Unless you are placing very high at amatuer level I am rarely impressed personally, unless you overcame a personal thing[wheelchair bodybuilders etc]or something.
Like the guys as well, the ones in 16th at this show most looked fantastic….just such deep classes.
Tim, you think thats manly?Maybe its a flattering shot but that does not look manly to me.
