March 2009: Australia Phat Camps with Olympia Champion Jen Hendershott
Two time Fitness Olympia champion Jennifer Hendershott is scheduled to tour Australia in March/April 2009; offering her ‘Phat Camps’ in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland. Costs are around $250 per participant for a camp, with Donna Jones’s website saying there are discounts available for group purchases and early payments. The specific dates are as follows:
Melbourne – March 20 – 22
Queensland - March 27 – 29
Sydney – April 3 – 5
Jen’s website describes the camp as:
“You will be training 5 body parts, learning new and exciting exercises, trying new ideas of cardio, sitting through nutritional and motivational seminars. Jen shares stories of success and of struggles. There are activities that focus on cooking, supplements, time management and commitment. You will take home with you paper works with workouts, exercises, cardio, nutritional facts and much more. You will spend the weekend with women just like you.”

Jennifer will also be starring in a new American reality show television series which will be centered around the lifestyles of Fitness and Figure competitors. The show also features fellow IFBB pros Jane Awad, Elaine Goodlad, Alicia Marie, Trish Warren, and Jaime Ford.
