Retired: Aussie IFBB Pro Luke Wood

One of Australia’s most well known pros Luke Wood has announced his retirement from professional bodybuilding. A multiple time Australia champion, Luke turned pro in early 2000’s and went on to compete and guest pose all over the world. Luke’s best career pro showing was the 2005 New York Pro where he placed extremely well - 7th in a field of 32 - beating well known bodybuilders including Bob Cicherillo, Kai Green, Mustafa Mohammad, George Farah, Will Harris and Francisco Bautista.

Luke says he wants to focus on his personal training business, will also be available to do seminars and guest appearances and may even write his biography. An extremely well respected and liked figure within the bodybuilding community, Luke is well known for his willingness to help others and his good natured personality. We wish him all the best.
