I just asked my dad if he would eat it, and he said no.
That may sound normal, but my dad is career military, ex special forces spent time in jungles/Antarctica etc and in his day has eaten all sorts - insects, frogs etc.
If asked would he eat rats he will look blankly at you and say "yes", like you asked him would he eat rice or something, the man will eat anything - literally.
This is the first thing ever he has said he wouldn't eat. That is deep
