2009 All States, Bench Press Comp, New Aussie Record Set: 325kgs/715lbs

The "King of The Bench" contest was held on the March 14th 2009 at the Dallas Brooks Hall along with the 2009 Australian Pro Grand Prix event.

Shaun Bostock of New Zealand set a new record for amount of weight benched in Australia at 325kgs/715lbs.
