1 to 2 protein shakes a day..Natural or greek yoghurt, oats, other dairy products like cottage cheese and of course various meets. Chicken, turkey and lean beef.

Chicken, egg whites and protein shakes mostly.

Turkey, red meat sometimes as well - touch of yogurt as well.

Fish I know is great, but I find it all fishy and disgusting and refuse to eat it.

Got a mate who special orders stuff like alligator, ostrich and buffalo meat, and is all enthused about is being low fat [which it is] and tries to force it on me. Uh, no.

EGG YOLKS!!!!!

Don't throw the damn best part of the egg out. All the best protein and nutrients are in the yolk. And the fat component is the good fat!!!

Two eggs for breakfast as opposed to 7-8 egg whites. A whole lot cheaper and you can start the day off with a nice meal.

I like to eat whole chickens and then go blast my pecs. Cos that's what manly men do, eat whole animals and then go lift heavy things

But honestly I get about half from protein powder and half from chicken, beef and eggs. I hate eggs but force them down. Whole eggs too, no wussy egg whites only for me
