The Bikini division is also a good division for women who do not want to be extremely muscular, but have competitive edge. I feel sorry for you if you think walking on a treadmill and eating tilapia is the only way to train for a show. Different training methods make for different physiques. You my have lifted heavy today, but one of the bikini competitors just got done running and finished a rigorous resistance training work out. I believe that anyone who is proud of the physique that they sculpted through hard work and health deserves to be on that stage. By the way I had a great time in the bikini f class in the junior usa

Thanks for stopping by April, it's good to hear the perspective of someone who was actually in the show. I checked out your pics, you looked good.

As a competitor could you please explain why Bikini girls deserve to be on the same stage as bodybuilders?
What has Sportsmodel/Bikini got to to do with bodybuilding?
I can understand that some girls don't want to be too muscular, I'm cool with that, but why do you want to compete at a bodybuilding show which is full of big, hard muscular bodies.
Why not just do some beauty pageant or something and leave the bodybuilding shows to the bodybuilders?

One of the few time i agree with you Gaylaw53.
Sluts belong in the crowd not on stage.

Bumping with Outty here.
Bikini girls have Indy, Miss Hawaian Tropics, Miss Tropicana just as a couple off the top of my head. Then there's beauty pagents. The prize pools and modelling contracts for these kind of competitions is huge.
Could you imagine if I rocked up as an entrant at a bikini model event, I'd be a laughing stock. Maybe they need a figure division.
A bodybuilding show is a show of bodybuilders and body sculptors.
