How to Earn Points & Shop in our Store With Them!

It's really this simple - the more active you are, the more points you earn. Points can then be exchanged in our shop for items including contest tanning products, salon gift certificates, bodybuilding DVDs, complete website design/hosting, VIP forum membership, graphic design work and more valued at almost $2,000.





How To Earn Points

Posting

• 2 points per post
• 10 points per thread started

Profile

• 1 point each for: confirmed friend, making a visitor comment on profile, completing each profile field

Profile Photo Albums

• 6 points per photo uploaded in user albums

Misc

• 100 points for every referral.
• 100 - 500 points for posting up new contest "news"; results and photos etc.
• 500 points for starting a training log

You can read the points chart here. There are 10 ways to earn points through posting, using profile features and referring others.

Admins can also add points at discretion, and do. Things like starting a training journal, being witty or super helpful, posting contest results & photos and giving training/diet advice will earn hundreds of extra points.

All posters of age [but admins & sponsors] can build up points and cash them in at the shop, from anywhere worldwide. If click the 'experience" link on the top navbar you can browse through all applicable sections.

It's on everyone profile age under "experience". Tells you how the points break down as well, what for etc.
