Default Working at McD's

Just started woking at McDonalds (all I could get since I lost my job), what's 'safe' to eat there for someone who wants to loose weight and gain muscle?

I've never really eaten there much before, I'm guessing pretty much everything on the menu is full of sugar and fat.

Try and avoid the chips, hash browns and well, the buns are all injected with fat!

However, there are some apparently "healthy" options! Hahahah. I think they have a pamphlet on what's healthy! Good luck! ) In any case brown bread with grains is better than their buns!
