NZ BBers should refuse to compete with "fake" NABBA and insist that they be given the opportunity to compete with "real" NABBA.

I think when people start to compete they really don't look at the long term view of competing at international level. The novices just want to do a show or 2 a year and don't really take notice of how an organisation is affiliated at international level. And probably don't care as long as their local comp is running. Which is fair enough. But perhaps the more seasoned athletes who do have international aims might want to do research and see where their organisation's at if they have long term international goals.

Agree 100% with all the above.
I hope the Kiwi head people do something about this - it really is sad for the competitors.
NZ, as we know from their constant poaching of Aussie titles, has some top notch competitors and it's a real shame they have basically been shafted like this by the worlds organisers.
Glad it's not me, I'd be curled in a ball in the corner clutching my contest tan in hysteria at this stage
