Default Kiwi bodybuilders better than Aussies??

Seems to be the way in the last couple of years.

NZ even had a top 10 finisher at the Olympia last year.

Another recent NZ competitior at the Olympia was Jonathan Davie.

Where are all the Aussies?

Is he from NZ?

That I have read [I don't know him] but was unsure. At the 2003 Olympia [I was there and have the DVD also] they list him as Australia I am quite sure.

He is listed in the Australian Profile section, if he is from NZ I need to double list him in the New Zealand Profile section then - which is what we do with those double typish people - put them in both

There has been a bit of confusion over this, but if you were to ask the man himself, he would tell you he still considers himself a New Zealander.

I think for the size of our population, NZ does have quite a few good bodybuilders (and figure girls) who would be quite competitive against the aussies. Shame there aren't regular comps that gets the 2 countries competing with each other more. Mind you, in Aus there's so much more federations and more athletes competing so they probably don't need the kiwi competition as well!

Ah thanks, I better bite the bullet and double list him then. We need to be as accurate as possible.

Very true, Kiwis do well for a small country.
