“LAS VEGAS (AP) - Married professional bodybuilders Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan have been sentenced to prison in the slaying of their live-in assistant in December 2005.

On Hide’s blog [mostly in Japanese] he states “I promise to show up with much improved condition on the stage of 2009 Australia GP.”

Australian media is reporting today that over 150 bottles of steroids disguised as sex lubricants, specifically “gay lube oil” have been seized by Australian customs.

Customs officials made the seizures in raids in Victoria, Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia since the beginning of this year as part of a lengthy national investigation.
