We hate to be all negative, and have zero proof nor confirmation of this - but is the 2009 New Zealand Pro cancelled? The show [both figure and bodybuilding] has been removed from the official contest calendar on the IFBB website. We have been hearing of numerous issues plaguing the organisation, but nothing official.

37 year old Spanish bodybuilder Manuel Manchado, who was one of the new crop of IFBB pros from 2008, has been sentenced to two years in prison for steroid possession in his native Spain.
